Iedere dag werken wij met trots aan onze toffe producten die jij zeker al eens in je hand hebt gehad op een feestje, tijdens wellicht een werk meeting of thuis op de bank. De stage

Je bent onderdeel van het Customer Experience team binnen Out of Home. Dit team streeft ernaar elk afzonderlijk klantcontactpunt te optimaliseren om de tevredenheid van onze horecaondernemers te verhogen; dit betekent dat klanttevredenheid voor ons hét uitgangspunt is. Een van de belangrijkste statistieken om de klanttevredenheid te meten, is de Net Promotor Score (NPS).

Tijdens je stageperiode ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van onze klantreis op basis van de feedback die we ontvangen uit de NPS. Je helpt bij het onderzoeken van mogelijke pijnpunten en gaat met een multidisciplinaire team aan de slag om deze pijnpunten aan te pakken.
- Je helpt door middel van klant
- en data-analyse erachter te komen wat er écht speelt bij onze horecaklanten
- Samen zetten wij de klant op de eerste plek
- Je zorgt ervoor dat ons klanttevredenheidsprogramma up-to-date is
- Je helpt ons op de respons rate te verhogen
- Je ondersteunt ons in het horecapanel
- Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor de organisatie van onze driewekelijkse review, waarin we bijna 200 collega’s informeren over de lopende verbetertrajecten in de customer journey.

Tijdens je stage krijg je de ruimte om HEINEKEN als bedrijf te leren kennen, ook buiten jouw afdeling en HEINEKEN. We geven jou het vertrouwen en de vrijheid, zodat je als een echte ondernemer te werk kunt gaan. We halen de buitenwereld graag naar binnen en daarom omarmen wij nieuwe, frisse ideeën met enthousiasme. Uiteraard altijd met de begeleiding die voor jou passend is.

De afdeling

Bij Customer Experience brouwen we een bruisende klantbeleving. Alles draait bij ons om het creëren van klantwaarde en om dit te bereiken luisteren we naar onze ondernemers en zetten we dit om in concrete actieplannen om onze klanten nog beter te bedienen en nog loyaler te maken aan ons mooie bedrijf. We werken agile en zoveel mogelijk in een netwerkorganisatie.

Onze ondernemers brengen ons telkens nieuwe inzichten en dat maakt het een enorm dynamische werkomgeving.

De arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Jouw startdatum is 1 januari/februari 2025
- De stage is fulltime (in overleg is ook 4 dagen in de week mogelijk)
- De duur van de stage is 5 of 6 maanden (dit gaat in overleg met je stagebegeleider)
- Je staat ingeschreven bij een onderwijsinstelling
- Het is een meewerkstage
- Jouw standplaats is Leiden
- Je ontvang een stagevergoeding van €650 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur per week (bij een start vanaf 01 januari 2025
- Je geniet van 2 vakantiedagen per maand (o.b.v. fulltime)
- Als je geen ov-studentenproduct hebt, worden jouw kosten voor woon-werkverkeer volledig vergoed

De start van jouw stage

Samen met een diverse groep stagiairs van verschillende afdelingen zul jij aan jouw stage bij HEINEKEN beginnen. Samen worden jullie wegwijs gemaakt in de organisatie. Verder kun je samen met je mede stagiair(e)s leuke activiteiten organiseren.

De unieke jij

Wij vinden dat iedereen unieke talenten heeft en zijn daarom op zoek naar jou
- Je doet een HBO of WO studie en bevind je in de eindfase van je studie
- Je vindt het leuk om je in vraagstukken vast te bijten en de onderste steen boven te halen
- Je bent handig met analyses en data en weet deze samen te vertalen naar actieplannen
- Je bent niet bang fouten te maken en initiatief te nemen.
- Je hebt affiniteit met horeca; werkervaring in de horeca is een pre.
