**Wanted: "Customer Service Agent"**
Weer een leuk nieuwtje vanuit Mastello: Het heeft even geduurd maar wij hebben weer een plekje vrij in ons Sales & Customer Service team. Teammanager Bo noemt het zelfs liever het Customer Succes team, want onze service is pas compleet als onze klanten succes (en hun droombadkamer) behalen ;)

**Wie zijn wij?**
Mastello is een jonge, informele en groeiende organisatie. Het team bestaat uit 14 personen (en 1 teckel). Elke dag komen we naar de sanitair boutique in Hilversum. Voorzien van koffie of thee schuiven we achter onze bureaus en werken we hard aan ons gezamenlijke doel: zo veel mogelijk klanten inspireren met onze badkamerproducten. Naast dat we hard werken, nemen we ook tijd om hard te lachen met elkaar. Dat vinden wij heel belangrijk

**Waar hebben we jouw hulp bij nodig?**
Wij willen jou zien stralen in op het gebied van de klantrelatie. Jouw succes is een positieve klantrelatie, en jij realiseert deze via mail, telefoon, chat, en natuurlijk face to face De manier van contact maakt voor jou niet uit, jij weet altijd die persoonlijke snaar te raken waardoor klanten een warm gevoel overhouden aan Mastello.

Jouw werkplek vind je midden in ons Experience Center, ook hier adviseer je klanten over onze producten en de mogelijkheden. Daarnaast word jij blij van dingen die kloppen: de administratie heeft aan jou een goede Je verzorgt de gehele administratie wat betreft verkoop, facturen en bijvoorbeeld retouren.

**Kortom, dit wordt jouw domein**:

- Service en product vragen per mail, telefoon en chat beantwoorden.
- Alle administratie voor een smooth-verkoopproces.
- Meedenken in het optimaliseren van onze processen en werkwijze.
- Klanten die naar ons Experience Center komen, overtuigen van wie wij zijn en daardoor ambassadeurs maken voor Mastello.
- Het adviseren van klanten in onze showroom (pas nadat dit voor jou goed voelt, er is alle ruimte om ook meer een achtergrondrol te pakken).

- 'Service' is jouw middle name.
- Je kan je inleven in verschillende stijlen en kan anderen goed aanvoelen.
- Je neemt niets voor vanzelfsprekend aan en durft vragen te stellen.
- Je houdt van structuur, en ook als dat er even niet is weet je dat altijd weer aan te brengen.
- Je draait je eigen toko, je bent zelfstandig, maar informeert je collega’s als dat nodig is.
- Je bent van nature een blij mens en houdt van een slechte grap.

**De meeste kans op succes heb je wanneer**:

- Welk diploma je hebt is niet het belangrijkste, maar dat jij kan aanvoelen wat er nodig is om een goede Verkoopadviseur te zijn wel Daarnaast is hbo werk
- en denkniveau handig om de functie goed uit te kunnen oefenen.
- Ervaring met klantcontact.
- Ervaring met retail en sanitair is een pré.
- Je hebt ervaring met het verkoopproces van A tot Z.
- Je bent beschikbaar voor 32-40 uur per week en vindt het geen probleem om mínimaal 2 zaterdagen per maand te werken.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse én Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
