Taken

Maak het verschil als Medewerker Customer - & Sales Support in De Bilt

Als Medewerker Customer - & Sales Support ben jij de spil tussen de sales afdeling en de klanten van BaByliss, zowel B2B als B2C. Je verwelkomt gasten op kantoor en jij hebt dagelijks contact consumenten en zakelijke klanten van BaByliss. Je helpt hen antwoord te krijgen op hun vragen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de orderverwerking van de productbestellingen van zakelijke en particuliere klanten. Het verwerken van deze orders doe je in SAP. Op basis van de orders van klanten stel jij rapportages op die jouw sales collega’s gebruiken voor hun commerciële activiteiten. Ook schakel je veel met collega’s in andere landen om de Europese voorraden van BaByliss goed over de verschillende landen te verdelen.

Naast het contact met klanten en het ondersteunen van het salesteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

- het verwerken van credits;
- data onderhoud;
- behandeling van aftersales verzoeken;
- verwerken van retouren.

Vereisten

**Voor deze vacature neem jij mee**:
Jij bent communicatief sterk en hebt een servicegerichte houding naar klanten toe. Met zelfvertrouwen en plezier sta jij klanten en collega’s van BaByliss te woord met jouw kennis van de producten van BaByliss en de merken die daar aan verbonden zijn. Door jouw proactieve, dienstverlenende en secure houding kan het salesteam echt op je bouwen. Zelfstandig maak je jouw taken snel eigen en breid je je takenpakket uit.

Vink jij deze checklist ook af?
- mbo+ werk
- en denkniveau;
- servicegericht en communicatief vaardig
- goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- een proactieve houding en kan accuraat werken;
- mínimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol;
- ervaring met MS Office, SAP is een mooie pré;
- affiniteit met de producten van BaByliss Nederland.

Jouw werkgebied

Je komt te werken op het kantoor van BaByliss Nederland, wat gevestigd is in De Bilt, nabij Utrecht. Dit is goed bereikbaar vanuit de richtingen Amersfoort, Hilversum en Nieuwegein. 1x per week thuiswerken behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden. Bij voorkeur zoeken wij een kandidaat die woonachtig is in Midden-Nederland.
