In het huidige dynamische landschap zet Deloitte zich in voor het sneller en effectiever uitvoeren van grootschalige programma's, waarbij we risico's mínimaliseren. Als Manager Energy, Resources en Industry bij Major Programmes help je mee met het begeleiden van strategische transformaties bij onze grootste klanten in verschillende segmenten zoals Energie & Chemicaliën, Nutsvoorzieningen & Hernieuwbare Energie, en Industriële Producten & Infrastructuur.

Met Programme Aerodynamics hebben we onze aanpak voor programma-uitvoering vernieuwd door strategisch inzicht, digitale expertise en wereldklasse-uitvoering te integreren. Deze agile methodologie anticipeert op en vormt grootschalige programma's, die zich in real-time aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden. Door deze methodologie te gebruiken, speel je een cruciale rol in het samenbrengen van professionals uit verschillende disciplines binnen Deloitte, waardoor we in staat zijn om complete oplossingen aan onze klanten te bieden. How do you do this?

Door het begeleiden van grootschalige programma's die gericht zijn op fundamentele veranderingen en verbeteringen in organisaties of de maatschappij, inclusief strategische doelsetting en het realiseren van beoogde uitkomsten.

Door in teams te werken die zijn samengesteld uit verschillende vakgebieden en achtergronden om succesvolle resultaten te bereiken op grootschalige programma's met onze partners.

Door in te zetten op bedrijfsontwikkeling in onze belangrijkste groeimarkten.

Door te adviseren over project
- en programmamanagement en je te richten op het definiëren en realiseren van transformatiestrategieën in deze sector.

Door samen met collega's sectorgerichte kennis en een commercieel netwerk te ontwikkelen.

Een universitair diploma en mínimaal 7 jaar werkervaring in consulting op het gebied van portfoliobeheer, programmabeheer of projectmanagement;
Kennis van de Energie, Resources en Industry sectoren, zodat je inhoudelijk kunt meedenken met klanten;
Ervaring en een uitgebreid netwerk voor het verkopen en uitvoeren van consultancyopdrachten;
Sterke analytische vaardigheden en daarnaast ben je ondernemend, ambitieus en commercieel ingesteld;
Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten;
De bereidheid om te reizen, met een focus op het Midden-Oosten en Europa;
Een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal, en beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) op professioneel niveau.
