**This is what you're going to do**

As Regional Director of Revenue Management, you will be at the core of our commercial decision-making process. You’ll lead and inspire your team to create strategies that unlock new opportunities and optimize revenue streams. Here's how you'll make a difference:

- You shape data-driven pricing and channel strategies that maximize revenue and align with commercial goals.
- You collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, and Booking Office teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- You lead and motivate your team to achieve revenue targets through innovation and analytical thinking.
- You oversee forecasting and budgeting, ensuring decisions are accurate and aligned with market trends.
- You identify opportunities, manage risks, and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.
- You execute strategies effectively, managing day-to-day processes to deliver measurable results.

Your work will directly impact the growth and success of Sircle Collection, making you an integral part of our journey.

You are a strategic, data-savvy, and solutions-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to see the big picture while focusing on the details that drive results.

**Here is what you bring**
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in revenue management, including multi-property oversight.
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
- Eye for detail and a proactive hands-on mentality.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly changing market with a revenue positive effect.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze market data to inform decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to foster collaboration across teams.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations.
- Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Pre-opening experience is a plus.
