Bij StaffingMS zijn we op zoek naar een conceptueel sterke en gedreven Practice Lead die ons helpt om onze ambities waar te maken. Wij zijn een snel groeiend bedrijf waarbij MSP een belangrijke motor is van onze internationale ambitie. In deze rol vertaal je klantbehoeften naar hoogwaardige dienstverlening en ontwikkel je onze MSP-proposities verder. Je werkt nauw samen met onze Managing Director, Operationeel Directeur, Account Directors en VMS Product Owners. Je komt terecht in een team van slimme en gepassioneerde collega’s, waar je je snel thuis zult voelen.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Je fungeert als kennisdrager en vooruitgeschoven post als het gaat om vernieuwingen in MSP die worden aangedreven door specifieke klantvragen en marktbewegingen;
- Je verdiept je in MSP, wat onze dienstverlening uniek maakt en hoe dit het beste doorontwikkeld kan worden;
- Op basis van de door Sales bepaalde klantvraag kun jij een high level service offering beschrijven die de klant positief verrast en die je collega’s kunnen doorvertalen naar detail processen en IT-ondersteuning;
- Je bent bereid publiciteit te zoeken met white papers en artikelen.

- Nieuwsgierig en goede consultancy skills;
- Ervaring met het uitwerken, uitrollen en/of managen van dienstverleningsconcepten, publiceren van artikelen of white papers, of consultancy ervaring
- Kan werken met data en het inzichtelijk maken van deze data;
- Bij voorkeur ervaring in RPO, detachering of MSP (indien jij hier geen ervaring in hebt willen wij wel graag ervaring of duidelijke affiniteit m.b.t. HR of inkoop terug zien);
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
