**Being a hostel manager at Hostelle**: You should be able and willing to take care of almost everything involved in operating the hostel, without direction or supervision.

You should have a sense of ownership and responsibility in the business.

Tasks

**Your main focuses**:

- Leading the crew: Train and manage the staff so everyone's on their A-game.
- Frontline hospitality: Handle reception tasks and make sure every guest leaves happy.

**You might also find yourself**:

- Keeping things tidy: Making sure the place is spick and span and everything's in working order.
- Quality control: Making sure the hostel meets high standards.
- Thinking big: Helping to plan and execute business and marketing strategies.
- Money matters: Keeping an eye on the budget to keep the cash flowing.
- Maximizing revenue: Implement strategies to optimize revenue, like adjusting prices based on demand.

**Requirements**:

- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed in a hospitality environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly address and resolve issues that may arise during operations.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional service and creating positive guest experiences.
- Leadership Abilities: leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards common goals.
- Creativity: Innovation and creativity in developing new ideas and initiatives to enhance the hostel's offerings and reputation.
