We are looking for an ambitious Master Support with a strong financial focus (could be a Junior Accountant). The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the company; to be fully aware of its financial condition, and make the right decisions to accomplish long-term success.

**Tasks**: Prepares the (internal) financial statements and financial reporting per project/month. Ensures all business transactions are recorded. Issues invoices, updates accounts receivable, performs payments, and updates accounts payable. Prepares an adequate liquidity forecast. And constantly improves digital systems to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.

Helps to prepare accurate project estimates (for clients) and budgets. Delivers accurate information to COO and Project Leaders, needed to stay within the budget. Provides information for successful Supplier Onboarding. Reports to the board and works under the supervision, help & guidance of an external accountant.

Works from our office in Amsterdam. No serious traveling abroad is involved in this role. You will work together with our teams (who are in NL and abroad): Amazing Operations Team, Master Support Team (OPS, IT & HR) and our external bookkeeper / accountant.

- Structured, good planner
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Min. SGSE (HBO) work and thinking level, in accounting, finance or relevant field
- 4 - 5 days/week, flexible hours, daily available
- Based in Amsterdam (or nearby)
