**About the Role** As a Production Control Administrator, you play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and effective flow of information between our Manufacturing (MFG) operations teams and our customers. You will be responsible for preparing daily and weekly reports and creating custom reports for our customers. After office hours, you will be the main point of contact for customers, translating their instructions to our MFG teams.

**How you will contribute**
- You maintain contacts with MFG operations teams to ensure a smooth and effective flow of information to and from the customer;
- You will be making MFG production plans, and updating multiple internal reports;
- You will be the main point of contact in your shift after office hours, receiving and translating customer's instructions to MFG teams;
- You analyze day-to-day MFG performance raise awareness and report issues by submitting tickets and providing solutions, reporting KPI and quality performance against SLA;
- You contribute to the improvement of standard work procedures for both production control and operations teams;
- You support daily requests and report issues to enable operations to deliver the most optimal productivity results maintaining agreed KPI’s.

**What you will bring**
- You have an MBO / MBO+ thinking level.
- You have excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills in English (speaking, reading, writing B2);
- You can work under pressure and adapt to the dynamic world within DP World;
- MS Office (Excel, Power-point, Word, Outlook etc.) has no secrets for You;
- Knowledge of Portal, SFCS, Jira, Agile and Qlik would be great advantage;
- You have 1-2 years of experience in logistics or production, preferably in a position as Customer Service;
- In addition, you are organized, proactive and result-oriented.
