We zijn op zoek naar een Workcoordinator Inside om onze Maintenance organisatie, welke support geeft aan de Aromaten & Butadieen fabrieken en tankprojecten in Terneuzen, Nederland, te komen versterken.
Als Workcoordinator zorg je ervoor dat werkactiviteiten op een veilige, effectieve en efficiënte manier worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast bewaak je de productiviteit van het team dat de taken uitvoert. Om deze rol goed uit te kunnen voeren, pas jij je brede technische vaardigheden op zowel analytisch als operationeel vlak toe om de verschillende activiteiten uit te voeren. Je deelt je kennis met collega’s en ondersteunt collega’s met minder ervaring.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Controleren van werkpakketten op volledigheid
- Samenwerken met Operations om ervoor te zorgen dat equipment klaar staat voor de werkzaamheden
- Samenwerken met Project Manager/Constructie/Operations om ervoor te zorgen dat cleaningsaktiviteiten en RTO van tankprojecten op de meest effectieve en efficiente manier plaatsvindt
- Samen met de Scheduler en Gatekeeper werken aan een realistisch schedule
- Dagelijks updaten voortgang aan Gatekeeper en Scheduler (progress)
- Samenwerken met de Gatekeeper bij spoedklussen
- Checken benodigde manpower met de geplande werkzaamheden en bijsturen waar nodig
- Checken of alle reparaties uitgevoerd zijn conform het werkpakket
- Checken of er voldoende informatie over de reparatie aanwezig is en de job sluiten
- Verzorgen van de vergunningaanvragen
Kwalificaties
- Je bent in het bezit van mínimaal een MBO-4 diploma in een technische richting bij voorkeur mechanisch (piping/rotating equipment)
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt kennis van de Engelse taal
- Bij voorkeur heb je 10+ jaar relevante ervaring, bijvoorbeeld in onderhoud of manufacturing
- Ervaring binnen een onderhoudsafdeling is een plus
Jouw vaardigheden
- Je bezit sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
- Kennis van maintenance software programma’s (zoals SAP)
- Goede communicatie vaardigheden voor het communiceren met verschillende partijen (plant, externe maintenance partners en teamleden)
- Je kunt beslissingen maken op basis van (veranderende) prioriteiten
- Coachen van teamleden
