**Jouw missie**
- Verwerken, verifiëren en boeken van ontvangstbewijzen: Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige registratie van (te) ontvangen betalingen.
- Ervoor zorgen dat alle facturen tijdig worden betaald.
- Onderzoeken en oplossen van accountdiscrepanties: Het onderzoeken van eventuele inconsistenties of problemen met betrekking tot accounts.
- Samenwerken met andere afdelingen: Het verkrijgen van de nodige informatie om een nauwkeurige administratie bij te houden.
- Werken met incasso's: het beoordelen van rekeningen, betalingen van klanten, kredietgeschiedenis en onderhandelen over terugbetalingsvoorwaarden.
- Uitvoeren van administratieve taken: Gegevens invoeren, facturen opstellen, herinneringen versturen en papierwerk archiveren.
- Genereren van interne rapportages en overzichten.

**Dit ben jij.**
- Je hebt 2+ jaar werkervaring binnen een financiële afdeling, met een focus op debiteurentransacties.
- Je hebt up-to-date kennis van de Nederlandse belastingwetgeving.
- Je bent klantgericht, begrijpt hun behoeften en speelt hierop in.
- Je beheert zowel de Nederlandse taal als de Engelse taal in woord en schrift.
- Je hebt een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en streeft ernaar om foutloos te leveren.
- Je behoudt een overzicht van alle betalingen en hun betalingstermijnen.
- Je hebt ervaring in een multiculturele omgeving.
