**Graduate Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer**

A Japanese global logistics company is currently recruiting a Dutch Speaking Graduate Accounting Officer to join their office near Amsterdam.
The Graduate Accounting Officer is responsible for Accounts Payable/Receivable, as well as reconciling invoices in the sub ledger. The Graduate Accounting Officer must speak business level Dutch.

**WORKING HOURS**: Monday to Friday, flexible, Core times 9:00 - 16:30 (8 hours + 30 minutes break)
**SALARY**: €2,500 - 3,000 per month, depending on experience plus annual bonus
**START**: ASAP
**LOCATION**: Amsterdam, The Netherlands

**Graduate Accounting Officer Main Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Payable - Booking invoices
- Accounts Receivable - Collection by mail and phone
- Preparation of Banks Booking
- Preparation of necessary journal entries.
- Book and reconcile Intra/Intercompany invoices in sub ledger Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Work together with the team for a proper monthly closing of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Monthly settlements for several Intercompany offices (AP & AR)
- Prepare VAT declaration
- Fixed assets administration
- Prepare cashflow forecast for foreign currency
- You have a finished degree in Accounting (HBO level or MBO with experience)
- Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
- Outstanding knowledge of Excel
- Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English
- You are a team player, accurate, and efficient
- And have good accounting and analytic skills

**All applicants for the Accounting Clerk must have the right to work in the Netherlands as the Company is not able to offer visa support.**

Pay: €2.500,00 - €3.000,00 per month

- Amsterdam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
