Zien Group is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you are the backbone of financial operations within the organization. Your responsibilities encompass managing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments. Beyond handling day-to-day transactions, you play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and fostering positive relationships with vendors. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that all payments are processed efficiently and accurately, contributing to the smooth operation of the finance department. You thrive in a dynamic environment where problem-solving and collaboration are key, and you're always eager to streamline processes and implement best practices.

**Job requirements**:
**Overall, the Accounts Payable Specialist will**:

- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Analyzing workflow processes
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts

**We’re looking for someone**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience
- With at least an MBO degree with an economics, accounting or administrative background.
- Who is proficient with computers, Excel, and accounting programs. It is an advantage if you have worked with Accountview before.
- Who has strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Who is highly accurate with excellent attention to detail, always striving for quality results.
- Who is a team player who also enjoys working solo.
- Who is flexible, able to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
