**What you’ll do**:
As our Head of People, you'll be instrumental in crafting and executing a robust HR strategy that aligns with our ambitious goals. You’ll be at the forefront of:

- Manage organisational change initiatives to ensure seamless transitions during our rapid growth phases and potential strategic exits.
- Use your experience to expand our team quickly and efficiently, understanding the unique dynamics of a scaling startup.
- Develop cutting-edge strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent, ensuring ParkBee continues to compete as a leader in the tech industry.
- Implement systems and processes that boost performance across all levels, aligning with our core objectives and fostering development.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of HR laws and regulations, providing expert advice and support to both leadership and our wider team.
- Building HR excellence: Shape and mentor a high-performing HR team dedicated to excellence and continuous professional growth.

Strategic partnership: Collaborate closely with our leadership, playing a key role in strategic decision-making that supports ParkBee’s overall success.

**Who are you?**:

- A visionary leader with substantial HR experience in tech or a similar fast-evolving sector.
- Adept at navigating the complexities of rapid team scaling and organizational transitions.
- A resilient problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can pivot quickly to meet new challenges.
- A collaborative communicator who believes in building strong relationships and aligning team efforts with company-wide goals.
- Experienced in preparing for organisational exits, with a keen understanding of succession planning and talent retention.
