**Who Are you?**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Strong supervisory and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to generate and analyze reports.
- Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations related to vehicle maintenance.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**What are you going to do?**

The Maintenance & Repair Executive will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet (electrical mopeds & e-bikes), ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and enhancing our processes for maximum efficiency.
- **Vehicle Maintenance Oversight**:

- Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repair work for GO Sharing's electrical mopeds & e-bikes.
- Ensure all vehicles are in optimal working condition and comply with industry standards.
- **Supervision and Coordination**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance and repair team.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of all maintenance activities.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Generate regular reports on vehicle status, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and repair work.
- Implement and uphold quality assurance processes to maintain service excellence.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for improving maintenance procedures and implement best practices.
- Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
- Ensure the timely procurement of necessary materials to avoid delays in maintenance work.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team and conduct regular safety training sessions.
