Master Production Schedule Planner

As Master Production Schedule (MPS) Planner, your goal is to ensure Circular Edition (CE) medical systems are delivered according to customer requirements, complete and on time, maximize production capacity utilization, and minimize required inventory.

You will do this by driving the best possible master production schedule, by matching trade-in systems supply, production capacity, material requirements and the commercial orderbook. You will align your plan with your stakeholders in the markets, Business Development Management, Trade In Management, and the integrated supply chain organization, and adjust where and when required.

You are part of the CLS Circular Supply Chain team, which is the E2E integrated supply chain team responsible for all supply chain activities for circular business, e.g. sourcing, planning, engineering and design for supply chain, procurement, warehousing, distribution & installation. You will work very closely with the CE S&OP manager, Factory Order Management, the Production Preparation Engineers, and the Shopfloor Controllers. You report to the Circular Supply Chain Leader.

**Your role**
- Create and maintain multi-modality MPS plans that are based on commercial demand to ensure orders are delivered complete and on time, while maintaining mínimal stock levels, maximizing factory capacity utilization, and minimizing required inventory
- Manage the weekly MPS meetings, and act as a main contact person on all planning related topics towards factory, procurement, order management, markets and product management
- Create and maintain the overall material requirement plan to ensure adequate and timely material availability
- Act as an operational supply chain representative in business S&OP cycles, drive the supply and demand review, and pro-actively act on business opportunities and risks
- Have regular market calls to align on the short to mid-term supply/demand balance of Circular Edition systems, act as Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) representative and engage in customer escalations to achieve optimal customer satisfaction
- Initiate, drive, and contribute to improvements of the planning methods and procedures to further improve delivery reliability, factory lead-times, and multi-modality harmonization
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes and processes at stakeholders, to be able to respond and act upon them with mínimal impact on the planning

**You're the right fit if**
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. supply/demand planning, supply chain management, operational material management)
- You have relevant **experience working in inventory management, supply chain or operational material management **on a global scale in a multinational company
- You can listen to stakeholders, understand their requirements, and are able to manage the stakeholders
- You are a person who is willing to drive the process, rather than being part of the process
- You feel comfortable challenging the status quo, can persuasively navigate through resistance, and can overcome roadblocks
- You are customer focused, results oriented, pro-active, a team player, flexible, empathic, and able to build bridges
- You have good problem-solving skills, a learning-by-doing mentality, a make-it-happen attitude, excellent numerical and analytical skills
- You have proficient knowledge of deployed supply chain systems (e.g. SAP), MS Office, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and QlikSense
- You are proficient in both Dutch and English, in verbal and written communication (other languages are beneficial)
- Preferably you have knowledge of medical Quality Management Systems and relevant ISO standards
