Smart Robotics is known for delivering unique and extraordinary software solutions for the fast and flexible deployment of robots in both logistics and production processes worldwide.

As a Finance and Customer Support Admin, you will be responsible for processing financial, project and service administration accurately and efficiently. In your role you need to communicate with a lot of people, so you like to pick up the phone or pick up the pen to have frequent contact with colleagues, customers and suppliers.

**What you will do includes**:

- Collaborating with Customer Success, Finance and Sales teams and providing all-round administration support;
- Handling full cycle of service tickets in AFAS, from preparing quotations, preparing order confirmations to issuing invoices;
- Supporting project management with financial reporting and supply chain activities;
- Contributing to financial reporting, processing purchase invoices;
- Ensuring the CRM system is updated with customer information in a timely and accurate manner;
- Contributing to improving systems and optimizing administrative processes;
- Fulfilling other general administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- A completed MBO education (financial administration, business administration, commercial economics, etc.);
- At least 3 years of work experience in the office (business to business);
- Experience with ERP systems, working with AFAS is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to adapt and respond quickly across different levels of the business;
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- You master the Dutch and English language verbally and in writing;
- Available for 32-40h.
