**Über uns**

Unsere Mission bei Hidden Profits Marketing ist es, Unternehmern in der Fitnessbranche (Fitness-Center, Yoga
- und Personal-Training-Studios, etc.) zu helfen, sich zu vergrößern. Seit 20 Jahren generieren wir mit unseren innovativen Marketingstrategien (Online-)Leads für unsere Kunden, und sind mittlerweile der Marktleiter in Europa. Wir operieren u.a. in den Niederlanden, Belgien, Deutschland, der Schweiz und Österreich. Wir setzen nun auch die ersten Schritte in u.a. Kanada und den USA. Unser Team besteht aus rund 30 jungen, internationalen und ambitionierten Mitarbeitern. Ein attraktives und gut erreichbares Büro im hippen Stadtteil Amsterdam Noord / NDSM darf natürlich nicht fehlen

**Was macht ein Client Success Manager bei Hidden Profits Marketing?**

Unsere Kunden sind entscheidend für unser Unternehmen. Deshalb ist deine Hauptaufgabe als Client Success ManagerIn eine starke Beziehung zu unseren Kunden aufzubauen und zu pflegen. Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden, du hilfst ihnen Probleme zu lösen und agierst als das freundliche Gesicht unseres Unternehmens. Als Client Success ManagerIn bist du für dein eigenes Kundenportfolio verantwortlich, indem du zusammen mit den Online Marketern Strategien dafür entwickelst, das Geschäft unserer Kunden zu verbessern. Du musst sozial und analytisch sein und über ausgezeichnete Planungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verfügen.

**Deine Aufgaben als Client Success Manager**:
Verwaltung eines eigenen Kundenportfolios in Deutschland, der Schweiz und Österreich

Regelmäßige und produktive Kommunikation mit Kunden, persönlich, per Telefon, E-Mail und Whatsapp

Coaching deiner Kunden im Bereich Lead-Conversion

Online-Marketing-Strategien für deine Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit Online-Marketern erstellen

Sicherstellen, dass alle Online-Marketing-Kampagnen pünktlich online gehen

Online-Marketing-Ergebnisse auswerten und analysieren

Berichterstattung der Ergebnisse an Kunden

**Wer bist du?**
- Du hast eine proaktive, hands-on Mentalität
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit (anspruchsvollen) Kunden
- Du bist kundenfokussiert
- Du bist in der Lage starke, professionelle Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Du hast eine Affinität zur Fitnessbranche
- Du bist stressresistent
- Du bist ein/e ProblemlöserIn
- Du hast starke Planungsfähigkeiten

**Zusätzliche Voraussetzungen**
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch
- Du hast sehr gute Grundkenntnisse in Englisch (Hidden Profits Marketing ist ein internationales Unternehmen und die Unternehmenssprache ist Englisch)
- Du hast mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in einem anknüpfenden Bereich
- Du hast Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Google-Produkten (Gmail, Drive, Slides, etc.)
- Du wohnst vorzugsweise in Amsterdam oder in der näheren Umgebung (das Büro befindet sich in Amsterdam Noord)
- Bildungsniveau: Die meisten Kollegen haben einen Bachelor
- oder Master-Abschluss. Das Bildungsniveau ist für uns jedoch nicht der wichtigste Faktor

Zusätzlich kannst du am wöchentlichen Firmen-Workout teilnehmen und haben wir regelmäßige (oder spontane) Drinks im Büro, oder Teamevents. Was auch nicht fehlen darf ist natürlich ein angemessenes Gehalt, eine Altersvorsorge und 25 Urlaubstage. Du erhältst die Chance um dich in einer flexiblen Umgebung auf professioneller und persönlicher Ebene weiterzuentwickeln.
