We are looking for a driven, proactive and eager colleague to take ParkBee to the next level. You will assist by identifying and engaging with individuals, organisations and real estate investors that would benefit from partnering with us, serving as both partner and advisor, and always seeking the best custom approach.

At ParkBee, we optimize the use of existing underutilized parking spaces. Our mission is to provide the best experience for car drivers while giving space back to the city. We specialize in creating property management solutions that connect seamlessly with third-party apps via API, building an efficient marketplace for real estate owners (B2B) who want to manage their garages more effectively.

With our roots in Amsterdam and offices in the Netherlands and the UK, we have laid the groundwork to conquer the rest of Europe. ParkBee is evolving and growing fast, and our team is playing a crucial role in creating a sustainable growth model for the company.

**How you contribute to ParkBee’s growth**:
We have a highly international team with diverse disciplines, and we are currently seeking an **Client Success Manager** to join our sales team. **Main tasks & responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty;
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue from existing partners;
- Effectively negotiate commercial terms and secure deals, striving for mutually beneficial outcomes;
- Present persuasive sales presentations, demonstrating how the company addresses specific business challenges;
- Translate client needs and feedback into product opportunities, ensuring alignment with market trends.
- Ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding - Be a strategic partner for the clients.
- Manage and expand the portfolio in the Netherlands, building relationships with real estate investors and asset managers.
- Handle portfolios with 10 to 50 locations.

- Experience of 2 to 5 years in a sales/customer success role, preferably in the NL market.
- Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM).
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate across functions and seniority; strong team player.
- Quick learner and interested in identifying decision-makers.
- **Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.**:

- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-changing environment, you want to contribute to the growth of an ambitious scale-up.
- Based in the Netherlands.

**Work environment**:

- Preference for working in the office to enhance communication and support to team members.

**Application process**:

- **Phone Screening**: Initial call to assess fit and interest.
- **First Interview**: Meet in the office with the Head of Sales to discuss the role and your qualifications.
- **Assessment**: Build a presentation for a potential client.
- **Presentation**:Present your role-play to the sales team (face-to-face stage).
