**Dit ga je doen als Personal Assistant**:
Werken bij Feadship is bijzonder. Dit oer-Hollandse bedrijf heeft ‘roots’ die teruggaan tot 1849. Hoe mooi is dat? Feadship bestaat uit een groep nauw samenwerkende bedrijven die tot de absolute wereldtop van de superjachtbouw horen. Want sinds 1949 bouwen Koninklijke De Vries Scheepsbouw en Royal Van Lent Shipyard onder de merknaam Feadship de mooiste custom built superjachten.

Een van de bedrijven binnen de Feadship groep is Feadship Holland BV, zij zijn verantwoordelijk voor alle marketing & brand activiteiten van Feadship. En daar zoeken wij een Personal Assistant (Executive Assistant) voor de Chief Marketing Officer.

Wat ga je doen?
Als Personal Assistant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige secretariële en organisatorische ondersteuning van de CMO in zijn dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Je vindt het niet erg om proactief vinger aan de pols te houden aangaande deadlines en aan te leveren informatie. Je regelt en coördineert zakenreizen/beurzen en zorgt dat alles vlotjes verloopt.

Verder ondersteun je als PA diverse projecten binnen de afdeling daar waar nodig. Dit kan variëren van het invoeren en verwerken van gegevens tot het assisteren bij event organisatie tot het plaatsen van items op de website.

**Dit breng je mee**:

- MBO+ / HBO werk
- en denkniveau en tenminste 5 jaar relevante ervaring;
- Je bent als Personal Assistant representatief, stressbestendig, flexibel en zeer servicegericht;
- Je beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent discreet;
- Je bent verder accuraat, gestructureerd en organisatorisch ijzersterk;
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engels taal in woord en geschrift;
- Uitstekende computervaardigheden (Apple/Mac);
- Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en eigen auto.

Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals:

- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.600 en € 5.000 (o.b.v. 40 uur p/w en inschaling a.d.h.v. ervaring en inzetbaarheid);
- Een 13de maand;
- 8% vakantiegeld;
- De uitdaging om op fulltime basis 40 vrije dagen op te maken, bestaande uit 27 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV dagen;
- Een premievrij pensioen;
- Reiskostenvergoeding voor zowel OV als eigen vervoer (>10 km enkele reis).
