**Introduction**:
Within the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team we are responsible for talent acquisition and selection for ASML Europe. We support our ASML Business Goals by focusing on building relationships with managers to acquire the best and brightest talent into the organization.
**Your assignment**:
You will closely collaborate with, and support, the Talent Acquisition Advisors (TAA’s). You will help with talent acquisition and selection. You will also be creating and executing the Talent Acquisition Plan. Next to that you will be asked to proactively think of and be involved in several recruitment related improvement initiatives.
This is a Bachelor or Master internship (non-thesis) with a duration of a minimum of 6 months, for 4/5 days a week, starting November 2024.

To be a perfect match for this internship, you:
- Are a bachelor or Master student in Human Resource Management, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Business Psychology or a related study;
- Are you eager to learn and a strong communicator;
- Have a pro-active attitude and the mindset to take initiative;
- Have great communication skills and are a demonstrated team player.
- Possess great communication skills in English, both written and verbally
**Other requirements you need to meet**
- You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
- You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
- If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
