**The role**

As the Finance Business Partner to After-Sales/Customer Care, you will play a pivotal role in Aftersales controlling, financial planning and analysis, and internal controls for our operations across. Europe. You will be integral to the finance team, providing insights and analyses that drive strategic decision-making.

**This is what you will do**:

- Manage and control the budgets in terms of Operational expenses and parts & tooling development costs.
- Monitor and control revenues and margins resulting from parts, servicing, and partners.
- Provide support to the sales and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and meet cost targets.
- Conduct monthly reviews of P&L results for parts, servicing, warranty and workshops to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide support to the various stakeholders within Customer Care, such as parts department, network/workshop locations, customer advisors team, PDI team, and accessories team.
- Internal controls; Support the business on best practices and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with end-of-year preparation and procedures and with the budgeting and forecasting process.

**To be successful in the role you will demonstrate**:

- 3-5 years prior experience in a Business Controller role or FP&A role, preferably in automotive.
- Solid financial knowledge and expertise: a strong understanding of financial principles and metrics, including profitability analysis, return on sales, budgeting and financial statement analysis.
- Able to interpret complex financial data, able to identify trends, and to drive informed decision-making.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills
- Results-oriented.
- A solid understanding of the automotive industry.
- Excellent English Language skills.
- Advanced in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Familiar with Power BI or other business intelligence tools as a user. A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree with a business focus.
