**Onze Human Resources Trainee is de spil in het web voor onze medewerkers. Jij kent iedereen en iedereen kent jou, ze weten je altijd te vinden voor wat dan ook en je staat voor ze klaar wanneer ze jou nodig hebben. Problemen? Jij denkt alleen maar in oplossingen**

Jouw dag is enorm gevarieerd: je verwerkt sollicitaties en voert de daarmee gepaard gaande correspondentie, je stelt arbeidscontracten op voor de nieuwe happy makers (medewerkers), je bereidt hun eerste werkdag voor. Je assisteert bij de aanlevering en verwerking van de salarisadministratie en houdt de personeelsadministratie bij. Zieken op de werkvloer? Jij bent op de hoogte, administreert het een en ander en hebt een luisterend oor. Vol enthousiasme organiseer jij sociale evenementen zoals Sinterklaas, een personeelsfeest en de kerstborrel. Dit alles doe jij met passie en aanstekelijk veel plezier

**De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn**:

- Het beantwoorden van de telefoon;
- Het verwerken van sollicitaties met alle voorkomende correspondentie;
- Afspraken maken voor de HR Manager en HR Coördinator;
- Contracten opstellen;
- Voorbereiden van de 1e werkdag van nieuwe medewerkers;
- Invoeren van nieuwe medewerkers in de hoteladministratie;
- Assisteren bij de aanlevering en verwerking van de salarismutaties;
- Verzorgen van ziek
- en betermeldingen;
- Assisteren in het opstellen van vacatures;
- Organiseren van sociale evenementen;
- Assisteren met het inplannen (en uitvoeren) van trainingen;
- Zelfstandig projecten uitvoeren in opdracht van HR Coördinator of HR Manager.

Jij bent flexibel, enthousiast en spontaan. Jij bent een echte aanpakker en neemt met veel plezier allerlei taken op je. Met jouw creativiteit verzin je elke keer weer iets leuks voor het personeel want jouw motto is: zij gelukkig? Wij gelukkig Verder beschik je over de volgende eigenschappen:

- Je bent discreet, integer en buitengewoon betrouwbaar;
- Je volgt een gerelateerde opleiding op HBO niveau of hogere hotelschool;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift;
- Je kunt goed overweg met de programma’s Word, Excel, Powerpoint en Outlook.

**Goed om te weten**:

- De stage is beschikbaar voor studenten die op zoek zijn naar een stage voor minstens 5 maanden;
- De stagevergoeding is 750 euro per maand;
- Gratis maaltijden in de kantine, met veel liefde bereid door onze collega’s in de keuken;
- 50% korting in de restaurants in onze andere hotels in Nederland;
