**About MerelAI**:
**About the role**:
As a Business Analyst Intern at MerelAI, you’ll have the chance to work closely with our experienced sales team. This role is suitable for someone with some sales experience who is eager to learn and grow in the field. You’ll gain practical experience in the sales process, from educating clients to closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships. Additionally, you’ll conduct research on customer personas and ways to convey our message effectively.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Participate in sales conversations and meetings with potential clients.
- Support the sales team in developing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Guide clients through our pipeline, from education to advocacy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Some sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Affinity with AI and software technology.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
- Hunger for knowledge and a drive to succeed in sales.
