**About MerelAI**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**: Take charge of day-to-day office operations, including workspace organization, meeting room scheduling, and office supply management.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of office-related services such as maintenance, cleaning, and IT support.
- **Document Handling**: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for important documents, contracts, and company records.
- **Employee Engagement**: Contribute to fostering a positive work culture by planning and organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and celebrations.
- **Cultural Initiatives**: Implement initiatives to enhance office culture and boost employee morale, such as wellness programs, recognition schemes, and social events.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing office communications.
- **Data Analysis**: Assist in analyzing office-related data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.
- **Events and Special Projects**: Contribute to special projects or initiatives assigned by the Office Manager or senior leadership team to support company objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant MBO or HBO-level program in Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
