- A gross monthly salary in our collective labor agreement scale 8 (between € 2901;
- and € 3800;
- on a full-time basis), depending on knowledge and experience. Thanks to irregularities your salary can increase substantially.
- Travel allowance.
- 25 vacation days.
- CLA à la carte: a personal budget that you can spend as you choose. You can convert this into vacation days (maximum 6) or have the amount paid out monthly on top of your salary. You can also use it to pay for a gym membership.

**Your new role as a Warehouse Teamleader**

You take your team to the next level and meet customer expectations. You do this by coaching your team members one-on-one and analyzing their performance. You optimize processes and discover bottlenecks. In addition, you provide work instructions and the further development of your team but also respond to ad hoc questions from our customer. You work in weekly alternating shifts, from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 00:00. You are also willing to work weekends once a month from 07:00 till 16:00.

You will directly manage up to 20 Warehouse Operators for an entirely new process. As Team Leader, you will make these colleagues work even more efficiently because you:

- Have insight into the working process and have overview of potential improvements and bottlenecks. Actively participate in improvement projects with close collaboration with the client and other DHL departments.
- You record the performance level of your colleagues and make sure they attend training courses.
- Create reports and get results from the warehouse management system.
- Ensure safety and quality on our shop floor.
- Discuss improvement proposals with the Operations Manager, Shift Manager and keep your fellow Team leaders informed.
- Organize your team. This means that you:

- Coaching your team members, taking into account their ambitions and developments.
- Conduct assessment and performance reviews.
- Conduct absence / reintegration - and other conversations.
- Ensures proper staffing and take quick action according to demand.
- Planning training hours and keeping track of time registration and personnel mutations.

**DHL Supply Chain and ASML**

Your work location is our site in Veldhoven (inhouse at ASML) where you and your team will provide logistics services for one of the largest high-tech companies in the world. The special thing about this site is that we work with the customer in one building and therefore have a long-term and intensive relationship with our customer. The level of the site is high, which will also raise your standards and stimulate your personal development. The atmosphere within the site is very positive and your added value as an individual is certainly appreciated.

**What DHL Supply Chain is looking for in our new Warehouse Team Leader**

If we summarize you in short, you are strong in your communication (both speaking and writing) in English, strong in your shoes and stress resistant. With these great qualities, you are able to manage your team and bring out the best in them. You keep your head cool while managing your team and achieving your targets. You are a rational thinker and also have as Warehouse Team leader:

- MBO+ or college working and thinking level.
- At least three years of experience as a team leader, cooperating foreman or foreman.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools (such as Excel, PowerPoint or SharePoint) and Warehouse management systems, so you can create reports and analyses. Experience on SAP is a plus.
- Lots of energy and positivity to set up a new process.
