Your tasks

Als Leider van het Platform (Ramp) Operations Team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van consistente levering van hoogwaardige prestatienormen bij het soepele, tijdige en nauwkeurige verwerken van passagiersbagage en de omkering van vliegtuigen. Je moet een hardwerkende, aanpasbare houding kunnen aantonen en gedijen in een gevarieerde werkomgeving. Een aantoonbare achtergrond in de luchtvaartindustrie, klantenservice en blootstelling aan de luchthaven zou een aanwinst zijn.
Jouw taken:
Voltooien van processen en activiteiten, in overeenstemming met zowel CAA- als DfT-regelgeving en de procedures van luchtvaartmaatschappij(en), luchthaven(s) en het bedrijf. Nauwkeurige en efficiënte sortering van uitgaande passagiersbagage uitvoeren. Leiderschap tonen bij de vliegtuigomkering en actief betrokken zijn bij de processen rondom vliegtuigomkering (inclusief maar niet beperkt tot vliegtuigankomst, bagage lossen, bagage laden, vliegtuigvertrek). Veilige en efficiënte bediening van Ground Service Equipment (GSE). Regelmatig preventief onderhoud uitvoeren binnen de operationele omgeving (inclusief maar niet beperkt tot verwijdering van FOD, controles/schoonmaak van Ground Service Equipment). Hulp en input bieden bij eventuele problemen met het laden/lossen van bagage met nauwkeurigheid en efficiëntie, waarbij Team Leaders op de hoogte worden gehouden. Samenwerken als onderdeel van het team om samenwerking te maximaliseren en zo de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van de operatie te vergroten. Samenwerken en afstemmen met andere afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat onze klanten een hoge standaard van service ontvangen. Uitvoeren van elke andere redelijke taak zoals gevraagd door het lijnmanagement. Zorgen dat alle Service Level Agreements van luchtvaartmaatschappijen worden nagekomen of overtroffen. Zorgen dat alle Key Performance Indicators worden nagekomen of overtroffen. Alle prestatie-afwijkingen moeten snel en eerlijk worden aangepakt om de integriteit van de Skytanking Group te waarborgen. Naleving van alle regelgevende instanties, HSE, luchtvaartmaatschappij(en), luchthaven(s) en bedrijfsprocedures. Het vermogen om alle taken met nauwkeurigheid, efficiëntie en op een veilige manier binnen gedefinieerde tijdslimieten uit te voeren. Het basissalaris is € 2.575 - € 3.740, individuele toeslagen komen daar bovenop.

Your profile

Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring op de helling. Goede mondelinge communicatievaardigheden. Vermogen om te lezen en schrijven en geschreven instructies en informatie te begrijpen. Proactieve benadering van alle werkvereisten en een teamgerichte ethos. Hardwerkend, teamspeler en flexibel om op onregelmatige uren en in het weekend te werken. Getraind om GSE te bedienen. Bij voorkeur bekwaam om Push Backs en Headset Communication uit te voeren. Een geldig rijbewijs.  In staat om te communiceren in het Nederlands, Engels is een plus.
