Als Growth Marketing Manager bij HCI Care Provider Solutions (CPS) ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze marketing-strategieën. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van succesvolle campagnes om onze SaaS-oplossing bij zorgverleners onder de aandacht te brengen en inbound leads te genereren.

Health Cloud Initiative (HCI) is een groeiend maatschappelijk betrokken bedrijf dat is ontstaan door een Buy & Build strategie om betere zorg, gemakkelijker te maken. HCI bestaat uit drie business units: Care Provider Solutions, Patiënten Portaal en E-Health. Onze gezamenlijke belofte is ‘Betere zorg, makkelijk geregeld’.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Strategie: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een growth marketing strategie om onze SaaS-oplossingen bij zorgverleners in verschillende segmenten onder de aandacht te brengen.
- Teamleiding: Aansturen van een klein, gedreven team van content marketeers, waarmee je waardevolle content ontwikkelt en in de markt zet.
- Data-driven marketing: Opzetten en optimaliseren van data-gedreven marketingcampagnes om hoogwaardige leads te genereren.
- Experimenten: Doorlopend experimenteren met nieuwe marketingkanalen en -technieken om onze groei te versnellen.
- Sales samenwerking: Nauw samenwerken met het salesteam per segment om de lead-to-customer journey te optimaliseren.

**Met wie werk je samen?**

Als Growth Marketing Manager werk je samen met de Head of Sales & Marketing (tevens je leidinggevende), Segment leads van de verschillende CPS proposities, sales collega’s, je team van content marketeers, business development en HR.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Minimaal HBO denk
- en werkniveau; bij voorkeur een opleiding waar growth marketing volop aanbod is gekomen.
- Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke rol, bij voorkeur 5+ jaar ervaring in growth of digital marketing binnen SaaS
- Vaardigheden: Kennis van SaaS tech, (data) analytische vaardigheden, kennis van SEO, SEA, website ontwikkeling en UX/Design. Ervaring met Hubspot is een pre.
- Growth mindset: Je hebt een passie voor groei en bent altijd op zoek naar nieuwe manieren om betere resultaten te behalen.
- Data-driven: Je bent analytisch sterk en kunt data omzetten in concrete acties.
- Hands-on: Je bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken en bent een echte doener.
- Leiderschap & teamplayer: Je kunt een team inspireren en motiveren om samen te werken aan gezamenlijke doelen.
- Je hebt een hart voor de zorg en wil de zorg graag vooruithelpen.

**Wat bieden wij?**
- Een markt conform salaris;
- Een contract voor 40 uur per week (32 uur is bespreekbaar) - geen 9-5 mentaliteit;
- Het liefst werken we samen op locatie Amsterdam en Haarlem, maar gedeeltelijk thuiswerken is mogelijk. Op kantoor heb je kortere lijntjes (ook met andere afdelingen).
