Pimm® Solutions is op zoek naar een enthousiaste stagiair(e) voor een meewerkstage, bij voorkeur full-time. Als stagiair(e) ben je een volwaardig teamlid en houd jij je bezig met allerlei werkzaamheden, van operationeel tot commercieel. Het werk van onze stagiair(e) bestaat uit ondersteuning van de afdeling Customer Success Management (CSM).

De missie van de afdeling Customer Success Management is het optimaliseren van het gebruik van Pimm® als bestelomgeving voor haar klanten. Als stagiair ondersteun je in de operatie door middel van klantanalyses, het optimaal inrichten van ons systeem en het verbeteren van de customer experience o.b.v. de klantbehoefte. Je bent een spin in het web tussen de verschillende afdelingen binnen Pimm en zorgt dat (nieuwe) klanten snel en maximaal gebruik maken van de oplossingen van Pimm®. Tevens help je de bestellers om alles uit de Pimm cadeaushop te kunnen halen. Je draait mee in alle overleggen en wordt gezien als een volwaardig lid van ons team.

**Werkzaamheden**
- Ondersteunen bij de onboarding van nieuwe klanten
- Ondersteunen bij het optimaliseren van de bestelomgeving voor bestaande klanten
- Ondersteunen bij offerte/speciale aanvragen
- Klantanalyses uitvoeren t.b.v. functionele verbeteringen van ons systeem.

**Wie ben jij**
- Je bent momenteel bezig met je HBO opleiding die past bij (een deel van) de omschreven werkzaamheden, bijvoorbeeld: Commerciële Economie, Small Business, Management Economie & Recht of Bedrijfskunde
- Je kunt makkelijk communiceren op verschillende niveaus
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig, proactief en bent ondernemend
- Je vindt het leuk om commerciële activiteiten op te pakken
- Affiniteit met geschenken en attenties is super leuk.

**Stageopdracht**

De mogelijkheid bestaat om na de stageperiode in dienst te treden bij Pimm® Solutions. Tijdens de opleiding is dit een uitdagende bijbaan en start van je carrière.

Startdatum en duur van de stage zijn altijd in overleg.

**Wie zijn wij?**

Pimm® Solutions is in 2012 opgericht vanuit de missie dat het voor organisaties leuk moet blijven om een cadeautje of attentie te geven. Wanneer klanten via ons platform bestellen, besparen zij zichzelf onnodige moeite en kosten voor het regelen, zoeken, bestellen en afrekenen. Pimm maakt het de klant makkelijk en zorgt ervoor dat geven leuk blijft.

Pimm richt zich op de B2B-markt en focust op de grootste bedrijven van Nederland. Onze klanten zijn onder andere: PostNL, Gemeente Rotterdam, Belastingdienst, Connexxion, Randstad Groep Nederland, T-Mobile en Ziggo. Pimm werkt met meer dan 5000 (lokale) leveranciers. Het productassortiment in de Pimm cadeaushop bestaat onder meer uit chocolade, taarten, cadeaukaarten en bloemen.
