**General Services Officer**

**(Tijdelijk, parttime)**

TotalEnergies is een grote internationale energiemaatschappij met meerdere bedrijfsonderdelen in Nederland. Vanuit TotalEnergies Services Nederland worden aan de filialen in Den Haag en Nieuwegein verschillende diensten centraal aangeboden, zoals HR, Legal, communicatie en General Services. De afdeling General Services bestaat uit 4 medewerkers en een manager. De afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor ondersteunende facilitaire diensten en voorzieningen binnen TotalEnergies, zodat medewerkers het werk goed kunnen uitvoeren op kantoor. We zijn per direct op zoek naar een doelgerichte General Service Officer die het team komt versterken.
- Jouw verantwoordelijkheid _

Als General Services Officer bij TotalEnergies zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van de post tot interne verhuizingen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne afdelingen en werkt samen met verschillende leveranciers. Samen met het team zorg je voor een net en veilig kantoor, waar een aangename werksfeer heerst. Verder handel je allerlei klussen af in het gebouw en schakel je gespecialiseerde partijen in voor complexere taken.
- Wat ga je dagelijks doen _
- Coördineren van leveranciers (service en onderhoud) en beheren van werkorders;
- Verzorgen van inkomende en uitgaande post en andere postdiensten;
- Organiseren van interne verhuizingen en beheren van kantoorinrichting;
- Het uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en reparaties;
- Representatief houden van kantoorruimtes en voorzieningen;
- Inkoop van kantoorbenodigdheden en beheren van factuurstroom;
- Behandelen van meldingen en serviceverzoeken;
- Ondersteunen van het hoofd BHV en in jouw rol als BHV-coördinator heb je de leiding bij een ontruiming;
- (Functioneel) beheren van diverse systemen, zoals het toegangscontrole systeem en de brandmeldinstallatie;
- Onderhouden van veiligheidsplannen, technische tekeningen en kantoorplattegronden.

Je bent proactief en ziet het meteen wanneer jouw hulp goed gebruikt kan worden. Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en je bent een aanpakker: van technische klusjes tot het assisteren bij interne events. Je zorgt voor een aangename werkomgeving voor je collega’s. Je kunt zelfstandig én in teamverband werken.
- Jouw skills _
- Mbo-werk
- en -denkniveau met 1-3 jaar relevante werkervaring;
- Enige technische vaardigheden (bijvoorbeeld lamp indraaien, storing koffieapparaat) is een pré;
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels;
- Bekendheid met inkoopregels, servicecontracten en facturatieprocessen is een pré;
- Basisvaardigheden in IT, vermogen om met software om te gaan.

Daarnaast mag je gratis gebruik maken van de sportschool in ons nieuwe hoofdkantoor (the cube). Per uur betalen we €15,00,-. Je krijgt een tijdelijk contract voor 32 uur via een uitzendbureau.
