Business Analyst - Power Platform Specialist
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a passion for innovation, automation and a drive for excellence to join the Centre of Excellence (CoE) "Enterprise Automation" within the Enabling Functions department of TenneT Business Technology Organization (BTO).
Embark on a journey with us where your expertise will inspire change and drive the digital empowerment of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation and operational management of the Microsoft Power Platform at TenneT.
- Identify & evaluate automation opportunities, acting as a spokesperson for automation technologies within the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and our external strategic partners to outsource solution development & maintenance.
- Support, train and build up the Power Platform community & key-users within the business.
- Contribute to the development and best practices within the CoE.
**Your profile and background**:
- Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
- Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Responsible, result-oriented, and quality-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at different levels within the organization.
- Fluent in Dutch and English with the ability to communicate effectively within a professional environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

**This will be our challenge**:
- BTO will drive security of supply, energy transition, organizational and financial health through digital, data and analytics. BTO will secure solid foundations through seamless end-user services (UX), industry-leading cybersecurity setup and resilient data centers and cloud infrastructure. BTO will have consistent business/BTO alignment, strategic partnerships with vendors and clear standards on architecture, vendor & portfolio management and security. BTO will unlock value of data and digital by building all the necessary enablers (incl. data platform, data governance processes, capabilities) and embedding innovation initiatives into business roadmaps.**Additional information**:
- As 1st of July.
- The weekly working time is 40 hours.
- Type of contract is indefinite.
