**Dit ga je doen**:
Jij bent de redding voor tientallen klanten per dag. Wat voor probleem zij ook hebben, jij lost het op. Klanten die bellen met een vraag of probleem rekenen op je. Voor de telefoonlijnen openen, heb jij je al ingelezen in het laatste nieuws over producten en diensten en actuele storingen. Vanaf de eerste bereikbare minuut sta je elke klant daarna met een glimlach te woord. In jouw werk houd je je bezig met:

- telefonische afhandeling van vragen en problemen van klanten;
- plannen en uitvoeren van terugbelafspraken met klanten die je op een eerder moment niet direct kon helpen;
Bij uitstekend presteren wissel je telefonische werkzaamheden af met administratieve taken, bijvoorbeeld voor verhuizingen of wijzigingen in contactgegevens van klanten. Je nieuwe werk begin je goed ingewerkt. Je begint namelijk met een training van 2 weken. In deze periode ben je van maandag tot en met donderdag tussen 10.00 uur en 16.30 uur aanwezig. Na deze inwerkperiode liggen de reguliere werktijden van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 8.00 uur en 20.00 uur en op zaterdag tussen 9.00 uur en 17.30 uur.

- Goed salaris €14,21 bruto per uur;
- Toeslagen wanneer je ’s avonds of in het weekend werkt;
- Reiskostenvergoeding;
- 25 vakantiedagen (als je fulltime bij ons werkt);
- Een contract op uitzendbasis dat we bij goed functioneren omzetten naar een vast contract;
- Ruim 200 digitale trainingen en cursussen om zowel aan je persoonlijke als functie gerelateerde leerbehoefte te voldoen;

**Dit breng je mee**:
De glimlach die jij meebrengt is ongeëvenaard. Zelfs door de telefoon heen voelen klanten dat. Jij bent servicegericht en hebt 1 doel voor ogen: de klant helpen. Je bent empathisch en jouw communicatieve vaardigheden maken dat je elk gesprek, mooi weet af te ronden. Daarnaast ben je leergierig. Misschien weet je nog niet alles als je begint met je werk. Maakt niet uit, we leren het je graag. Als jij geïnteresseerd bent in de nieuwste technologische ontwikkelingen, maak je je de kennis snel eigen. Daarnaast heb je:

- MBO-werk
- en denkniveau;
- Een aanpakkersmentaliteit. Je komt afspraken na en gaat elke dag voor de beste service;
- Goede taalvaardigheid, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels. (een taaltest is onderdeel van de sollicitatieprocedure);
- Een flexibele agenda, je kunt 2 avonden per week tot 20:00 beschikbaar zijn, waarvan 1 een maandag of een vrijdag is, en je bent een keer in de 2 weken beschikbaar op zaterdag;
**Elke dag leren**:
Bij Odido leren we elke dag. Allemaal. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor je ontwikkeling. Daarom bepaal je zelf hoe, wat en wanneer je leert. We hebben meer dan 200 digitale trainingen waarmee je aan professionele én persoonlijke doelen kan werken. Aan ouderwetse functioneringsgesprekken en beoordelingen doen we niet. Je houdt je manager en je collega’s op de hoogte van je doelen en de voortgang: jij hebt de regie.
