As a Spaces Operations Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a hands-on position where you will gain valuable experience in various aspects of event management, administration, facilities support, and community/reception services. You’ll be an integral part of our team, contributing to creating an exceptional environment for our community members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring all details are handled with precision.
- Administration Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
- Facilities Support: Assist in maintaining the facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functional for our community members.
- Community/Reception Support: Be the first point of contact for our community members, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.Your knowledge & skills- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Facilities Management, or a related field at a Dutch Higher Education Facility / University.
- Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent community/people-facing ability and communication skills. Great organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in English; Dutch is preferred but not required.
- Available full-time starting November/December 2024 for 6 months.**Offer**:
