At Miele X Office Intern supports our HOME (Hospitality, Office Management & Events) team, in making sure everything works perfectly in our Community Space. Full of smart technology and sustainable design, it inspires teamwork, creativity and efficiency. That’s why we call it our Community Space. You will also have a mentor to answer your questions, provide coaching and guidance, and help you achieve your educational goals.

Additionally, you can gain experience in the hospitality and communication fields by assisting with the preparation and execution of company-wide events and supporting our internal communications.

Your day-to-day job
- Help promote a positive, customer-friendly and productive culture at our Community Space and enable its daily operations/activities;
- Help plan and facilitate company-wide events and communications in cooperation with HOME team.
- Provide support to the team by serving as the first point of contact for guests at the reception, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and supporting them to navigate in the Community Space.
- Supporting in the preparation of PPT presentations according to the needs of HOME Team.
- Help arrange packaging and post items, timely ordering of supplies/inventory to ensure that resources are in place to facilitate organizational effectiveness.
- Providing support on various projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors.

We are looking for
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Management, or related field).
- Be a part of our internship program for at least 10-12 weeks with 32-40h/week schedule.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, knows how to prioritize and manage the time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
