**Jouw nieuwe functie**:
Als leider van het Business Services-team stuur je operationele teams aan en werk je samen met de afdelingen Import, Export, Registratie en Documenten. Door middel van data-analyse richt je je op het verbeteren van processen, wat leidt tot verhoogde efficiëntie. Het inkoop
- en verkoopproces verloopt soepel en compliant onder jouw toezicht, terwijl je met andere afdelingen samenwerkt om nationale en internationale doelstellingen te behalen.
- Leidinggeven aan en ontwikkelen van een team van operationele medewerkers.
- Analyseren en verbeteren van operationele processen met behulp van data.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en beheren van rapportages die alle aspecten van het operationele proces dekken, inclusief doorlooptijden, kosten en efficiëntie.
- Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat we voldoen aan wet
- en regelgeving.
- Innovatie stimuleren binnen de afdeling door concrete initiatieven te definiëren en te implementeren.
- Direct rapporteren aan de Head of Operations Netherlands.

**Jouw skills**:

- Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een operationele omgeving is een pré.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met data-analyse.
- Ervaring met Google Workspace Tools, met name Google Sheets.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels;
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
- Ervaring in een dynamische, snel veranderende omgeving is een sterke pré.
- Rijbewijs B is een pré.
