Customer Service Benelux

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Customer Service medewerker ter ondersteuning van onze Benelux afdeling. Je zult onderdeel uitmaken van een team van 5 personen welke gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk zijn voor het plannen van alle ritten binnen de Benelux.
Deze functie staat open voor zowel ervaren als minder ervaren kandidaten.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Order intake en verwerking van klantopdrachten, eveneens;
- Opdrachtgevers benaderen voor afstemming van de opdracht o.a. laad/transitie/los tijden
- Bijzonderheden registreren en verwerken in de opdracht (ter voorkoming van misstanden)
- Orders verwerken in het systeem en communiceren aan de planners
- Opdrachten bevestigen aan opdrachtgevers en ontvangers wanneer ritten zijn samengesteld en bevestigd door de planners, waaronder het bevestigen van laad/transitie/los tijden
- Chauffeurs tijdig instrueren en real-time begeleiden wanneer nodig, eveneens;
- Bijzonderheden en of misstanden gemeld door de chauffeur en of klant opnemen en voorleggen aan hoofd planning (en indien noodzakelijk, doorzetten naar de financiële afdeling)
- Contact met de klant indien er zich onverwachte zaken voordoen welke een gevolg hebben voor de ritplanning
- Assisteren met rit voorbereiding (CMRs/vrachtbrieven)
- Het verzamelen, controleren, bewaken en verwerken van de logistieke administratie
- Wij denken aan kandidaten met:
MBO4/HBO werk-en denkniveau
- Communicatief sterk
- Presteert goed onder wisselwerking
- Goede beheersing van MS Office
- Achtergrond in transport of logistiek is een pré maar geen vereiste
- Een open en oplossing gerichte mentaliteit met oog en oor voor elkaar en de klant
Wij bieden:
Voltijd á 40 uur per week (doordeweekse werkweek van maandag - vrijdag), deeltijd mogelijk in overleg
- Conform CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer, inschaling op basis van werkervaring en vaardigheden, verloning per 4 weken
- 8% Vakantiegeld
- Reiskostenvergoeding
- 27,5 vakantiedagen op basis van voltijd dienstverband (24+3,5 ATV dagen)
- Tijd-voor-Tijd regeling (TVT) met mogelijkheid tot periodieke uitbetaling
- Eerste contract is voor bepaalde tijd (7 maanden) met één maand proeftijd. Bij goed functioneren mogelijkheid tot verlenging en-of aanbod tot vast contract.
