**Role Summary**:
The Account Executive will lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region, leveraging a strong background in project management portfolio sales. Key responsibilities include:

- Timely follow-up on leads.
- Meeting prospective clients to discuss requirements and provide answers.
- Performing product demonstrations.
- Configuring customer-specific demo scenarios.
- Supporting clients in trials and product assessments.
- Maintaining opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
- Developing presentations and proposals.
- Preparing and administering sales proposals and contracts.
- Processing and verifying purchase orders.
- Coordinating with Accounting to set up new customers.
- Managing sales reports.
- Promoting sales to existing clients.
- Identifying and soliciting potential clients by analyzing competition trends.

**Must Haves**:

- 5+ years of experience selling software in the PPM, CRM, or Accounting space within the EMEA region.
- Proven track record of selling to large enterprise customers.
- Expertise in Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft Project and Power Platform.
- Strong CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel) skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, team management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

**Skills**:

- Strong communicator with technical skills to demonstrate solutions, answer questions, and troubleshoot.
- Exceptional networking skills and telephone etiquette.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
