Our client is a highly respected and extremely prestigious global leader in the integrated energy and chemical industry.
Currently, they are looking for an **HR Benefits & Policy Advisor** to join their dynamic, multicultural and multilingual organisation in The Hague.
**Job Profile for HR Benefits & Policy Advisor**
- Create, update and maintain HR policies and manuals
- Support the team regarding benefits, employee insurance and pensions
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Conduct benchmark on benefits and contract management with third parties
- Keep up with the latest trends in HR policies, European employment benefits and legislation, specifically in the Netherlands, France and the United Kingdom (UK)
- Implement compensation policies
- Conduct labour cost calculations, budgeting and projections
- Engage in related communications
- Handle employment issues
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in HR or employment law
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law. Knowledge of labour policies in the UK and France is beneficial
- Excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge in benefits and policy design with an employee life-cycle lens and multi-generation workforce
- Experience in design thinking
- Helicopter view on the world of HR and business
- Good stakeholder and consultancy skills towards management and employees
