**About** **the** role**

We are looking for someone who is interested in facilitating an amazing employee experience for all our colleagues. You will be involved in all day-to-day People Operations activities, but are also taking on responsibilities in other areas of Operations. As we are a young organization, you will play an active role in creating and improving our internal Operations processes. This requires you to have an analytical and creative mindset, but at the same time this role needs to support the rapid growth of the business without a loss of quality in service. That means having a keen eye for detail and an action-oriented mindset. **Responsibilities**
- Deliver an excellent on
- and off-boarding experience
- Ensure correct (payroll) information is uploaded to our People systems on a monthly basis
- Support in key People Experience areas such as: engagement, performance management & learning & development.
- Managing (part of) our invoice, expenses and payments workflows
- Jump into other ongoing Operational responsibilities e.g.: budget, the office or IT

**About** **You**
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role combining HR and payroll activities in an international environment
- Valuing & exhibiting integrity
- Work fast, accurately and have service-oriented mindset
- A desire to improve operational processes and to stretch beyond your area of expertise
- A proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the same time
- Knowledge of Dutch labour law
- Knowledge of UK labour law is a plus
- Languages: English (must), Dutch (strong plus)
