**Short description of the work field**:

- For our Marketing team based out of Amsterdam we are looking for a Trade Marketeer. In this role you work on various trade marketing projects that aim to increase demand across our B2B customers in wholesale, retail & online, and on projects that aim to increase sales & brand awareness with end-users through the sales & marketing channels of our B2B customers. You will work closely together with our central marketing team and the commercial team in our North-East and South-East European Clusters.

**What will be your role in more detail?**
- **Implementation of Trade Marketing plans**:You will be coordinating trade marketing programmes & activities with marketing & sales managers in our sales clusters and with key B2B customers to increase presence, brand awareness and conversion. Activities can include; (online) content development, sell-in & sell-out promotions, training, mystery visits, incentives and in-store optimization.****:

- **Marketing Management for North-East and South-East cluster**:Together with the cluster director, country and key-account managers work on a (trade) marketing calendar with activities that aim to increase brand awareness and sales.****:

- **Monitor, analyze, report and improve effectiveness of trade marketing activities in Europe**:Together with the cluster marketing managers build a unified calendar of all Trade marketing activities throughout Europe, analyze results back into the internal organization to further improve the effectiveness of our campaigns across Europe.****:

- **Implementing trade marketing tools across our sales channels**:Working together with the marketing communication team creating assets and content which help support our sales based on market feedback.***

**Do you have what it takes? (requirements)**
- Minimal bachelor degree and 2-5 year experience in Trade Marketing roles.
- Experience within the tyre industry and/or experience working in an Eastern-European country would be a plus
- Fluency in English is a must, German/Polish/Hungarian language skills are a big plus
- Experience with content development
