**The team**

Within Finance & Risk Enterprise Architecture we are looking for a new Fraud Prevention architect. You will be joining an experienced team of 8 architects that work in the Non-Financial Risk domain within ING. The team is based in Amsterdam and works to further develop ING’s global services. This position will be focused on the Fraud Prevention domain.

**Roles and responsibilities**

As Fraud Prevention architect you:

- Drive incremental change
- Create reference architectures
- Deliver architecture roadmaps
- Organise and support workshops and presentations for decision making
- Translate policy and requirements into solutions
- Contribute to the creation of global standards
- Create real-time (API), event-based (KAFKA) and batch integration designs
- Manage stakeholders across multiple departments in various countries
- Are up to date with the latest technologies
- Work independent under limited guidance with a strong drive to collaborate with other stakeholders
- Become the go-to person for Fraud Prevention architecture

- You have at least 3 years of experience as an architect
- Worked in the Fraud Prevention or a related domain in which you’ve gained Fraud Prevention expertise.
- Have experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., financial institutions)
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical topics to various audiences.
- Ability to develop strong and collaborative partnerships with organizational leaders.
- You improve yourself constantly; and you challenge, improve and train others continuously.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field/ equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical topics to various audiences.
- Ability to develop strong and collaborative partnerships with organizational leaders.
- Knowledge of and experience with IT architecture methodologies, processes (e.g. TOGAF), service management processes and an agile work environment.
