Als Mitglied unseres Teams helfen Sie Menschen, die schnell Hilfe benötigen. Sie werden mit ihnen sprechen, um herauszufinden, welche Art von Hilfe sie benötigen. Das kann die Polizei im Zusammenhang mit einem Einbruch sein, aber auch eine Autowerkstatt, weil sie eine Reifenpanne auf der Autobahn hat. Deshalb ist es wichtig, dass Sie schnell feststellen können, was benötigt wird, um der Person in der Leitung so schnell wie möglich zu helfen. Sie bleiben standhaft und können entschlossen handeln, ohne Ihr Einfühlungsvermögen zu verlieren. Sie hören zu, wo es nötig ist, bleiben aber professionell und bieten die richtige Lösung.
Die Kunden kommen per Telefon oder Chat zu uns. Daher ist es wichtig, dass Sie Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift beherrschen. Wir arbeiten rund um die Uhr, so dass Nachtschichten für Sie kein Problem darstellen sollten.

**Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?**
- Sie sprechen und schreiben fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
- Es ist für Sie kein Problem, im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten, d. h. Sie können vormittags, nachmittags und nachts arbeiten.
- Sie haben einen Abschluss in Herz-Lungen-Wiederbelebung oder verfügen über Kenntnisse bei Polizei, Feuerwehr oder anderen Rettungsdiensten.
- Erfahrung im Bereich Notfall ist ein großer Vorteil.
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit MS Office und Google Maps.
