**Wat ga je doen**
Als medewerker in ons team sta jij mensen te woord die op dat moment snel hulp nodig hebben. Jij gaat met hen in gesprek om erachter te komen welke hulp dat is. Dit kan politie zijn in verband met een inbraak, maar ook een garage omdat zij met een platte band op de snelweg staan. Het is daarom belangrijk dat jij snel kan bepalen wat er nodig is om degene aan de lijn zo snel mogelijk verder te helpen. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en kan daadkrachtig handelen, zonder dat je jouw empathie verliest. Je biedt een luisterend oor waar dit nodig is, maar blijft professioneel en zorgt voor de juiste oplossing.
Klanten komen bij ons binnen via telefoon of via de chat. Het is daarom belangrijk dat jij Nederlands en Engels kan spreken én goed kan schrijven. We werken in 24/7 verband, dus nachtdiensten draaien moet voor jou geen probleem zijn.

- Een fulltime contract met een salaris van* 4.355,83 euro* bruto per maand waarbij je ook pensioen opbouwt;

Wat zoeken wij in jou?*
- Je kunt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreken en schrijven. Beide op C1-niveau.
- Het is voor jou geen probleem om in ploegendienst te werken, dus je kunt werken in de ochtend, middag en nacht;
- Je hebt een diploma in reanimatie of hebt kennis van de politie, brandweer of andere noodhulp;
- Ervaring in het bieden van noodhulp
- of communicatie is een groot voordeel
- Je hebt ervaring met MS Office en Google Maps.
