**Your Mission**

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- ** Strategic Development**: Implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with company objectives (OKRs).
- ** Brand Development**: Ensure consistent and effective brand communication across all channels.
- ** Team Leadership**: Mentor and manage the marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- ** Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize various marketing campaigns.
- ** Market Research**: Conduct analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- ** Collaboration**: Work with sales, G2M, Product Marketing, and CSM teams to enhance lead generation and customer satisfaction.
- ** Content Leadership**: Develop and implement content strategies for marketing channels.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Use data to analyze and report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- ** Tool Ownership**: Manage tools like HubSpot and Gainsight, ensuring optimal usage.

**Who You Are**

You are a proactive problem solver with a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills. You thrive in dynamic environments, are tech-savvy, and have a knack for strategic thinking. Your organizational and leadership abilities are top-notch, and you’re passionate about marketing and driving results.

**Your Toolbox**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Extensive experience with HubSpot.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
