**Our Squad**: Join our Media Strategy & Planning team, a vital part of Foot Locker EMEA's digital marketing crew. We're the digital wizards behind the scenes, making magic happen.

**The Gig**: You, the Associate Manager, Media Strategy & Planning will be our media wizard, supporting the Media Strategy & Planning team cook up cross-channel media plans that make our brand shine across Europe - online & offline.

The Associate Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring strategic cross channel media plans, across all lines of business for our European web shops and stores. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data to measure campaign performance & stay updated on industry trends to make informed recommendations for enhancing media strategies.

Strong communication and organizational skills are crucial for coordinating media activities and ensuring successful campaign execution.

To bring campaigns to life you will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, such as Digital Marketing, Brand, Omnichannel GTM and Marketing & Content Operations and our vendors such as Adidas, Puma and Nike.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your Toolbox**
- Be the point of contact for enquiries from the Integrated Marketing & Media teams on campaigns
- Develop media strategies & plans together with FL Media Managers & media agency
- Consistently monitor campaigns to ensure proper delivery against campaign goals and KPIs; partner with Media channel teams and media agency to ensure proper setup, execution, and optimization
- Manage stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely deliverables
- Supports with creation/administration of budget, evaluates results and develops corrective strategies, as needed.
- Review and quality check incoming campaign briefs
- Support in coordinating completion of content briefs, campaign deliverables and post campaign analysis

Qualifications:

- You've got a Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, economics, business informatics, or something equally cool.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital media & marketing
- You’re up on (almost) everything happening within the modern media and marketing landscape
- You're data-driven, and learning is your middle name
- Building brands is a reason to get up every morning
- The acronym POE and what it stands for fully makes sense to you
- Fluent in English, and if you know a few more European languages, that's like having extra toppings on your pizza.
- Able to contribute to strategic thinking and translate that towards multiple stakeholders (internal & external)
- You've got an eagle eye for detail and can juggle flaming swords (we mean, prioritize) under pressure.
- Your communication skills are so good that they should be declared a superpower.
- You can work solo or be the ultimate team player, no matter where your teammates are on the globe.
- Google Analytics and Datastudio are your sidekicks (or you're willing to learn).
- Project management tools? Yeah, you've got a few tricks up your sleeve.
