**Position**:
The Supervisor is responsible for the workflow and day-to-day operations with a focus on quality control for the Tiffany Service Center. This includes the operational processing of orders, quality control, inventory control of component parts, communication with our internal clients, and jewelry, personalization, watch battery and bead stringing services.

The Supervisor is responsible for leading the efficient movement of repair orders which includes prioritizing work, handling special/rush requests from other departments, and ensuring high accuracy and on-time performance. This is achieved through regular collaboration to coordinate the craftwork and operations in the team with the expectations of our clients.

The position is also responsible for providing direction and training to staff members along with resolving day-to-day operational and repair issues. Reporting on key department metrics and performance management are other expectations of this position. This position will also participate in communication of issues and solutions to ensure high quality results and optimum service levels with both internal and external partners.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Act as a liaison between the Service Center and all internal customers.
- Coach and train team members to meet quality and production standards, follow policies and procedures, as well as identify and solve customer issues.
- Provide support to the team by taking on different responsibilities in the department as required
- Lead the team in organizing the daily workflow and ensure timely movement of repair orders and estimates to avoid delays. Review inventory reports to identify issues and/or bottlenecks.
- Proactively resolve customer service related issues, questions, and concerns.
- Manage and resolve day-to-day operational issues and customer escalations.
- In partnership with the manager, lead projects, flex assignments and/or ongoing tasks to meet the needs of the business. Identify opportunities for process improvements. Contribute to the growth and strategy plans for the business
- Manage parts inventory, including cycle counts and parts ordering, while ensuring accuracy. Work with management to identify and resolve inventory issues.

**Required Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- +5 years experience in related industry
- Change management experience
- Good team player, detail-oriented, independent, committed with a "can do" attitude
- Flexible and able to work additional hours when business needs require

- Tiffany Product Knowledge
- Jewelry knowledge
- Leading a team
- Undergraduate degree
- Inventory management knowledge a plus
- Graduate Gemologist preferred
