- MICHAEL KORS We have an exciting opportunity for an International Transportation Administrator in our Manno’s office.
What you’ll do:
- Communicating with teams across Europe about orders and shipments
- Arrange store construction shipments
- Control address corrections and shipment lists for the ecommerce branch
- Arranging special transport like couriers for urgencies
- Investigate incomplete deliveries
- Controlling transport invoices and submit claims
- Support in resolving issues with carriers
- Administrative support
- Prioritize orders in cooperation with warehouse team
- Contact all parties involved in case of exceptions during transportation
- Checking transport invoices
- Follow up on high costs
- Support in statistical review
REQUIREMENTS
- Logistics experience is a plus
- Looking for a challenge
- Flexible and able to cope with changes
- Full-time available
- MBO plus/HBO starter
- Proficient in Excel (this is a must for this role)
- Good command of English (verbal and written, this is a must for this role)
- Accurate
- Communicative
- Flexible with hands on mentality
- Team - player, service minded and willing to learn
