**Join the Team at The White Tulip Hostel**

**Position: Full-Time Hostel Staff**

**Location: Heart of Amsterdam**

Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy meeting people from all over the world? The White Tulip Hostel is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team We're seeking staff to cover night shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, as well as afternoon shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Check-ins and Check-outs**: Greet our guests with a smile and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- **Payment Handling**: Process payments efficiently and accurately.
- **Housekeeping Coordination**: Maintain and update the cleaning schedule to ensure our hostel is spotless.
- **Security**: Keep an eye on the premises, especially during night shifts when you will be working alone.
- **Guest Assistance**: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and assisting guests with their needs.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform basic office duties, including handling reservations and maintaining records.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Dutch is not required, but other languages are a plus.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Availability**: Must be available for specified night and afternoon shifts.
