Als Projectmedewerker bij ons advocatenkantoor ga je een opdracht vervullen die erg divers is. Binnen je takenpakket ben je verantwoordelijk voor de proejctbeheersing, je beweekt de financiele planning en kosten die gemaakt worden. Als project medewerker rapporteer je deze informatie richting het management en advocaten die binnen deze projecten werkzaam zijn. Daarbij vallen complaince taken ook binnen jouw takenpakket, oftwel het checken en analyseren van Wwft aspetecten. Dit allemaal met een focus op het verbeteren van hoe wij onze dossiers administreren en verwerken. Naast de operationele uitvoering van taken, zal je ook betrokken zijn bij procesverbetering, vernieuwing van automatisering en de implementatie hiervan binnen ons kantoor.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

- Uitvoeren van projectbeheersing werkzaamheden
- Uitvoeren van customer due diligence procedures volgens de geldende wet
- en regelgeving
- Verbeteren en onderhouden van de administratieve processen met betrekking tot dossiervorming en -verwerking
- Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe automatiseringsoplossingen
- Analyseren van Wwft aspecten van dossiers en identificeren van verbeterpunten.

**Functie-eisen**
Jouw profiel:

- Afgeronde HBO/WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een juridische of financiële richting.
- Enige stage
- /werkervaring met administratieve financiele processen en/of compliance.
- Kennis van en interesse in wet
- en regelgeving, met name op het gebied van customer due diligence en anti-witwaspraktijken
- Analytisch denkvermogen en oog voor detail.
- Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding, met een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Ambitie om jezelf continu te blijven ontwikkelen in een professionele omgeving.

- Een contract van 32, 36, 38 of 40 uur per week;
- Salarisindicatie €2500- €3500 afhankelijk van werkervaring;
