Pneutec, gevestigd in Hoofddorp, is een kenniscentrum, ontwikkelaar, bouwer en handelsbedrijf op het gebied van pneumatiek, vacuümtechniek, fluid control en dempingtechniek. Pneutec, met inmiddels ongeveer 130 medewerkers, richt zich enerzijds op de verkoop en handel van onderdelen en anderzijds positioneren wij ons als High Tech System Supplier. Waarbij wij klanten toegevoegde waarde leveren door middel van het ontwikkelen en assembleren van complexe/ultra-precise/mechatronica (sub-)systemen. Pneutec bedient diverse markten, waaronder de agritech, food & beverage, verpakking, warehousing en halfgeleiderindustrieën.

Wij maken onderdeel uit van de Aalberts advanced mechatronics divisie binnen het beursgenoteerde Aalberts NV.

**jouw uitdaging als IT officer**:
Pneutec is een productiebedrijf werkzaam in de snelgroeiende semicon & material handling industry. Om deze groei te faciliteren investeert Pneutec in de volle breedte om zichzelf als hoogwaardige partner in de markt te positioneren. Dit geldt ook voor de ICT-afdeling. De afgelopen jaren is de basis gelegd en de komende periode staat in het teken van de transformatie naar een volwaardig business partner gericht op continuous innovation & improvement.

Als IT Officer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s op het gebied van IT. Na de inwerkperiode word je specifiek verantwoordelijk voor je eigen organisatie: Pneutec in Hoofddorp. Je bent betrokken bij eerstelijns en tweedelijns vragen en problemen. Uiteraard sta je niet allen: samen met je leidinggevende en je collega's binnen Aalberts advanced mechatronics draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over het optimaal functioneren van de ICT-infrastructuur.

Tot je taken en verantwoordelijkheden behoren verder:

- Registreren en proactief oplossen van vragen uit de organisatie, problemen of storingen;
- Ondersteunen en begeleiden van gebruikers;
- Uitvoeren van syteem
- en netwerkbeheer taken;
- Installatie, configuratie, registratie en uitgifte van hardware;
- Monitoren en preventief optreden om storingen te signaleren en voorkomen;
- Het inbrengen en uitwerken van eigen ideeën of oplossingen ten aanzien van het verbeteren van de ICT-infrastructuur.

Daarnaast ben jij iemand die het leuk vindt om met mensen in gesprek te gaan om zodoende jouw netwerk binnen de organisatie uit te breiden. De collega die wij zoeken is oplossingsgericht, klantgericht, communicatief, proactief en een echte teamspeler.

Verder vragen we:

- Een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van ICT;
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soort gelijke functie;
- Kennis van en ervaring met; Windows 10 & 11, WiFi, Cisco Meraki, Windows server 2019/2021, Active Directory en Microsoft 365;
- Kennis TOPdesk is een pré;
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
